It to s also nice to know that rocks still respects harald's dream despite him disagreeing with the method of achieving them. Also, rocks really is a beast seeing as he was able to destroy one of the mountains of god valley during his clash with whitebeard. Kuma really is a hero to the end and I am glad that he was able to save eris and teech from their deaths. Now I am curious to know where he sent them. And it looks like we are about to start the legendary battle that took place between rocks against roger and garp in the next chapter. I look forward to reading how their fight will play out in the next chapter.

Well, we just learned the extremely important piece of information that, at least in some peoples' opinion, davy jones ruled the world before imu. We were previously told rocks wanted to become the king of the world too, but we haven't heard him directly say that in this flashback, though the implication is, if he takes down imu he will take imu's seat rather than abolishing it. Joy boy seems to be a figure like luffy who takes kings down. However, it's unclear whether he was allied with the previous kingdom (of which davy jones may have been king) or whether he was against all of them. We still have more to learn about exactly what happened in the war during the void century, and what exactly the previous kingdom was like. In macro, most one piece arcs are about the strawhats encountering somewhere that has been usurped by evil rulers, deposing those rulers, and returning the rule to the people often re-install their previous rulers. So it may stand to reason that they would be re-instating the previous world ruler, davy jones (or a davy descendant). Given that blackbeard (the only davy descendant we know) is a villain who's a huge bastard, it seems like it's going to be much more complicated than that.
