Figarland Garling

Saint Figarland Garling is one of the Five Elders who lead the World Government, holding the title of Warrior God of Science and Defense. He is a World Noble from the Figarland Family and the biological father of Shamrock, a commander of the God's Knights, as well as the pirate Shanks, one of the Four Emperors.

Garling became the "champion" of God Valley during a significant battle that occurred 38 years ago and has served as the Supreme Commander of the God's Knights for many years before being promoted to Elder. He was appointed as an Elder to succeed Jaygarcia Saturn after Saturn was killed by Imu for failing to stop Vegapunk's global broadcast during the Egghead Incident. As one of the main antagonists of the Final Saga, Garling is depicted as a tall, well-built man of advanced age, characterized by his distinct hairstyle and facial hair that resembles a crescent moon.

Garling is known for his equanimity and confidence, although he exhibits arrogance and depravity, viewing those beneath him as "trash." He is ruthless in enforcing the rules of the World Nobles and has shown a willingness to execute fellow nobles for actions he perceives as debasing. His participation in the Native Hunting Competition exemplifies his cruelty, as he took part in the slaughter of an entire island's native population without remorse.

In terms of his combat abilities, while not much is known, Garling is considered dangerous by World Noble standards, especially given his leadership of the God's Knights, who are feared by figures like Monkey D. Dragon. His trademark weapon is a large saber, which he possessed during the events at God Valley, though his skill with it remains largely untested against worthy opponents.

Figarland Shamrock

Figarland Shamrock is the commander of the God's Knights and a World Noble from the Figarland Family, being the son of Saint Figarland Garling, one of the Five Elders of the World Government. He is also the older twin brother of Shanks, one of the Four Emperors. Shamrock is a tall man with a lean, muscular build, characterized by long hair styled in a small braid on the left side of his head and some facial stubble. He bears a striking resemblance to his brother, with many characters noting their similarities and occasionally mistaking Shamrock for Shanks.

As a World Noble and God's Knight, Shamrock wears a regal military ensemble that includes a high-class tailcoat fastened with frog closures, light trousers with dark straps on the left thigh, dark gloves, thigh-high metallic boots, and a cravat. He often dons a black cloak while on the move and carries a saber at his left hip, secured by a shoulder belt.

 

 

Shamrock is known for his ruthlessness, particularly against those who defy him or the World Nobles. He exhibits a disdainful attitude even toward family members who do not adhere to Celestial Dragon ideals, as seen in his relationship with his younger twin, Shanks. He has no moral qualms about kidnapping children to achieve his goals, often turning such acts into sadistic games.

As commander of the God's Knights, Shamrock's authority is second only to the Supreme Commander Garling. He possesses combat abilities and has been involved in various incidents in the past, acting as a sort of police force among the World Nobles. He is capable of using Magic Circles for transportation, having been transported to Elbaph alongside Gunko.

Shamrock wields powerful Haki, which was notably sensed upon his arrival in Elbaph, described as resembling black lightning. He possesses a saber enhanced by an Awakened Mythical Zoan-type Cerberus Devil Fruit, allowing the blade to transform into a three-headed dog with blades emerging from its mouths. This formidable weapon instills fear even in powerful opponents, such as Loki, known for his incredible strength.

Shamrock led the initial invasion of Elbaph, making him a significant antagonist in the Elbaph Arc. He is patient and calculating, preferring to resolve issues through dialogue before resorting to cruelty and more gruesome tactics when necessary.

Shepherd Sommers

Saint Sommers of the Shepherd Family is a member of the God's Knights and a World Noble, serving as a significant antagonist in the Elbaph Arc. He is portrayed as a muscular, elderly man with distinctive features, including wrinkles, a bulbous nose, shaggy hair styled in pigtails, and a short beard shaped like a crucifix. His left arm is adorned with an elaborate tattoo, and he typically wears plain glasses off-duty, switching to sunglasses for official missions.

Sommers' attire as a God's Knight consists of a dark tunic fastened with light-colored strings, complemented by a belt decorated with various medals and a rose pinned to the left breast. His tunic is open at the upper torso, revealing part of his chest, and he wears long light gloves and thigh-high dark boots. Additionally, he sports a light-colored armband featuring the God's Knights insignia and a fancy cape with a furry collar and epaulets. His outfit is further embellished with pentagrams placed strategically across his attire, and he carries a sword with a thorn-shaped guard secured by a shoulder sash-like belt.

 

Notably, when he was first summoned, Sommers was in a state of undress, wearing only a light undershirt and dark heart-patterned briefs, with his military cape draped over his shoulders. Unlike many World Nobles, he appears to be more aware of the issues affecting the "Lower World" and remains calm regarding the food shortage crisis in the Holy Land.

Sommers possesses a twisted and sadistic personality, showing little regard for the feelings of those beneath him. He has a warped understanding of "Love," equating it with causing pain and suffering, which he finds thrilling. Despite his cruel nature, he exhibits moments of dense humor, such as failing to realize he was summoned to Elbaph in his underwear, believing instead that Gunko and Figarland Shamrock were visiting his mansion.

He seems to have a complicated relationship with the late King Harald, expressing a mix of respect and frustration over the king's actions that complicated their plans. Sommers is known to be a gourmet with a refined taste in food and enjoys live musical performances, although he is strict about perfection and punishes mistakes.

In terms of combat abilities, Sommers is a formidable fighter, capable of defending himself without needing assistance from an Admiral, despite his World Noble status. He has consumed the Iba Iba no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that grants him the ability to create and control thorny vines. These vines can ensnare multiple targets simultaneously and can be made invisible, making them more deceptive in battle. Additionally, he can summon magic circles for teleportation through the Abyss, and his presence is accompanied by a powerful burst of Haki, which has been described as abnormal.

Gunko

Gunko is a member of the God's Knights and a World Noble, playing a significant role as an antagonist in the Elbaph Arc. She is a young woman of average height, distinguished by her light hair and heterochromia, featuring a dark right eye and a light left eye. Her appearance includes bandages wrapped around the lower half of her face and knees, a dark newsboy cap with goggles, a double-breasted jacket with long sleeves, a dark cape, and dark boots with cylindrical structures.

As a God's Knight, Gunko embodies extreme arrogance and ruthlessness, driven to complete her missions swiftly. This arrogance is particularly evident in her interactions with Loki, where she expresses frustration and confusion at his refusal to join the God's Knights, a position many aspire to. Despite her haughty demeanor, she acknowledges the chain of command and shows respect toward her superior, Shamrock. Gunko has also admitted to fearing the legendary Sun God Nika for reasons that remain unclear. Her intense focus on her mission is often coupled with violent outbursts; for instance, she attacked a giant for dismissing her and threatened Loki for perceived insolence. Like other World Nobles, she holds a low opinion of regular people, showing indifference to the suffering of others, including children.

 

Gunko is a formidable combatant, capable of facing multiple members of the Straw Hat Pirates and emerging victorious. Upon her arrival in Elbaph, she demonstrated her prowess by fearlessly engaging two giants, brutally attacking several of Loki's animals, and defeating the incapacitated prince in raw combat.

She possesses the Aro Aro no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows her to create and control bandage-like strips shaped like arrows. These arrows can be detached, levitated, and controlled from a distance, serving various offensive purposes. They can be used for stabbing, binding an opponent's limbs, or even choking them. Gunko can also form constructs like giant gauntlets and boots to enhance her striking power. Notably, she can walk on these arrows, creating pathways through the air, and can even shape them into flying creatures resembling birds.

Gunko's arrows allow her to augment her attacks by creating designated paths that increase their velocity and momentum, significantly enhancing the force of each strike. However, this also reveals her intended moves to her opponents. She can apply this property defensively, redirecting attacks back at her opponents or their allies.

In combat, Gunko skillfully combines her Devil Fruit powers with hand-to-hand techniques, allowing her to navigate through attacks and deliver powerful strikes at close range. She bears a mark that enables her to use magic circles known as Abysses for transportation, having been transported to Elbaph alongside Shamrock. She can summon other marked individuals at will by calling them through the Abyss, regardless of their current activities. Remarkably, Gunko is effectively immortal, capable of healing instantaneously from injuries, such as recovering from having her upper body blown off without any apparent reaction. Additionally, she possesses powerful Haki, which was sensed as a massive burst resembling black lightning upon her arrival in Elbaph.

Rimoshifu Killingham

Saint Killingham, a member of the God's Knights and a World Noble, possesses remarkable abilities that make him a formidable antagonist in the Elbaph Arc. He can induce sleep in others from a distance, causing groups of giant children to collapse and sleepwalk toward a specific location. Additionally, he can manifest the dreams of sleeping individuals, creating zero-calorie food and summoning massive monsters known as MMA. This power can lead to significant destruction, especially when combined with other abilities, such as those from Sommers's Iba Iba no Mi.

Killingham also wields a unique trident with asymmetric blades, although he has yet to demonstrate its use in battle. His arrival on Elbaph was marked by a powerful burst of Haki, described as abnormal by Scopper Gaban. This Haki allows him to use magic circles, referred to as the Abyss, for transportation.

Role in the Elbaph Arc

In the Elbaph Arc, Killingham's mission involves the abduction of giant children. He collaborates with his allies, using his powers to put the children to sleep and directing them toward their ships. During their operation, Killingham maintains communication with Shamrock and discusses the logistics of their plan, including the necessity of extracting the children manually due to the restrictions of the magic circle.

Killingham's character is marked by a mix of lethargy and carelessness, as he often struggles with punctuality and suffers from narcolepsy. Despite his high status, he exhibits a degree of respect for individual tastes and does not judge others for their preferences, as seen in his defense of Gunko's music habits against Sommers's mockery.

Appearance and Personality

Killingham is depicted as a tall, lanky man with a humanoid dragon-like appearance, characterized by a single antler, long hair, and flame-like eyebrows. He wears a military uniform adorned with the God's Knights emblem and a resin bubble over his head, typical of World Nobles. His personality is generally serene and lethargic, although he can be serious about his duties as a knight.

Despite his noble status, Killingham shows little regard for the lives of those beneath him, casually discussing plans to kidnap children with his fellow knights. He enjoys high-class food and wields significant political power, being able to summon high-ranking officials like Admirals if needed. Additionally, he has consumed the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Kirin, a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit that enhances his combat abilities while allowing him to retain his personality.
