Saint Figarland Garling is one of the Five Elders who lead the World Government, holding the title of Warrior God of Science and Defense. He is a World Noble from the Figarland Family and the biological father of Shamrock, a commander of the God's Knights, as well as the pirate Shanks, one of the Four Emperors. Garling became the "champion" of God Valley during a significant battle that occurred 38 years ago and has served as the Supreme Commander of the God's Knights for many years before being promoted to Elder. Figarland Shamrock is the commander of the God's Knights and a World Noble from the Figarland Family, being the son of Saint Figarland Garling, one of the Five Elders of the World Government. He is also the older twin brother of Shanks, one of the Four Emperors. Shamrock is a tall man with a lean, muscular build, characterized by long hair styled in a small braid on the left side of his head and some facial stubble. He bears a striking resemblance to his brother, with many characters noting their similarities and occasionally mistaking Shamrock for Shanks. As a World Noble and God's Knight, Shamrock wears a regal military ensemble that includes a high-class tailcoat fastened with frog closures, light trousers with dark straps on the left thigh, dark gloves, thigh-high metallic boots, and a cravat. Saint Killingham, a member of the God's Knights and a World Noble, possesses remarkable abilities that make him a formidable antagonist in the Elbaph Arc. He can induce sleep in others from a distance, causing groups of giant children to collapse and sleepwalk toward a specific location. Additionally, he can manifest the dreams of sleeping individuals, creating zero-calorie food and summoning massive monsters known as MMA. This power can lead to significant destruction, especially when combined with other abilities, such as those from Sommers's Iba Iba no Mi. Killingham also wields a unique trident with asymmetric blades, although he has yet to demonstrate its use in battle.
